Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crahg iOS application (the "App"), operated by Crahg Limited (Company No. 16596687), a company registered in England and Wales ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Licence (Apple EULA)

The App is licensed to you under Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms & Conditions and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Crahg Limited, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

3. Service Terms

Crahg provides the following features through the App:

• Event discovery — browse and discover climbing events at gyms and outdoor venues
• Gym pass storage — digitally store and manage your climbing gym membership passes
• Community features — connect and interact with fellow climbers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or abuse other users or gym partners
• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Post or share false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Misuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent gym partnership features (including pass validation)
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post or submit within the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Crahg Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Gym Partner Content

Event listings, class schedules, and other content provided by gym partners are the sole responsibility of those partners. Crahg Limited does not verify or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of gym partner content. Gyms are responsible for ensuring their listings are up to date.

8. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crahg Limited shall not be liable for:

• The cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of gym events or classes
• Pass validation failures or issues arising from gym partner systems
• Any loss or damage arising from third-party content displayed within the App
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
