Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Crahg app.

Overview

Account deletion is handled entirely within the Crahg app. When you delete your account, all of your personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. There is no grace period and no way to recover your account or data after deletion is confirmed.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps inside the Crahg app:

1. Open the Crahg app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the home screen.
3. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of your profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted — deletion begins immediately.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

• Account credentials — your email address and login details
• Profile information — name, profile photo, and biography
• Gym passes and membership records
• Check-in history and activity data
• All other personal data associated with your account
