Description
Workout Wednesday is a training based session designed to get you over plateau’s. Drop in for an hour of strength focussed exercises on and off the wall. Our coaches tailor each of these sessions to any individual in the group - whether you’ve been climbing for years or have just started, our coaches will have valuable insights on factors limiting your climbing progression using specific exercises to improve performance. Only £8 for members and £12 for non-members.
